Service Delivery Policy

At Chuang Zhe Marketing (CZ Marketing), we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing workshops. Please review our Service Delivery Policy below:

1. Workshop Delivery: Our online virtual Digital Marketing workshop is delivered via Zoom. Upon successful registration and payment of the RM10 fee, you will receive an email with the workshop details, including the date, time, and access link.

2. Access to Materials: All workshop materials, including additional resources, will be provided to you electronically after the workshop concludes. 

3. Technical Requirements: To participate in the workshop, you will need a stable internet connection, a device with audio and video capabilities, and the necessary software (e.g., Zoom). It is your responsibility to ensure that your equipment meets these requirements.

4. Technical Support: If you encounter any issues accessing the workshop, please contact our support team at kenhong.cz@gmail.com for assistance. We recommend testing your equipment and internet connection prior to the workshop.

5. Delivery Issues: If you do not receive the workshop access details within 1 day of registration, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us immediately at kenhong.cz@gmail.com.
