REFUND, CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY

1. Scope
This Policy applies to workshops, courses, digital access, consulting bookings and other services purchased from CZ Digital Ventures Sdn. Bhd., trading as CZ Marketing (“CZ Marketing”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Any specific terms clearly displayed before purchase or stated in a signed service agreement will also apply.
2. Service Booking Cancellations
A customer may request cancellation of an eligible service booking within two (2) hours after payment for a full refund, provided that delivery, platform access, preparation work or performance of the service has not started.
Requests received after the two-hour cancellation period may be subject to an administrative cancellation fee of up to 20% of the total service price. No refund is available after the service has commenced or the agreed deliverable has been supplied, except where required by law.
3. Courses, Workshops, Tickets and Digital Access
Course, workshop, event-ticket and digital-access purchases are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-deferrable once the booking is confirmed or access information has been issued, except where:
- CZ Marketing cancels the programme without providing a reasonable replacement or rescheduled date;
- the customer was charged more than once for the same order;
- a verified technical error prevents us from supplying the purchased service and cannot be reasonably corrected; or
- a refund is required under applicable Malaysian law.
Failure to attend, changes in personal schedule, internet or device problems, or failure to use supplied access do not by themselves qualify for a refund.
4. Rescheduling
A request to change a booking date or time must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Approval is subject to availability, programme rules and any costs already incurred. An administrative or price-difference charge may apply.
Requests made less than 48 hours before a session may be declined. Approving one rescheduling request does not create a right to future changes.
5. Cancellations or Changes by CZ Marketing
If we cancel a paid programme or service, we may offer a replacement date, equivalent credit or refund. We are not responsible for unrelated travel, accommodation, loss of income or other external expenses, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
We may reasonably change an instructor, venue, delivery platform or schedule without providing a refund where the essential service remains substantially the same.
6. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or more than once, contact us promptly with the payer name, order details, payment date, amount and DOKU transaction reference. Do not send full card numbers, online-banking passwords or one-time passwords.
7. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
Send your request to kenhong.cz@gmail.com or WhatsApp +6010-293 1201. Include:
- your full name and contact information;
- the purchased service or programme;
- the payment date, amount and transaction reference;
- the reason for the request; and
- relevant supporting documents.
A request is not approved until we confirm it in writing.
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will normally be initiated within five to seven (5–7) business days and returned through the original payment method via DOKU where possible. The bank or payment provider may require additional time to credit the amount to your account.
Transaction, currency-conversion or third-party charges that cannot be recovered may be deducted where permitted and clearly explained to you.
9. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Policy limits any mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable Malaysian law.
