Refund Policy

At Chuang Zhe Marketing (CZ Marketing), we strive to provide valuable and comprehensive digital marketing workshops. However, please note the following regarding refunds:

1. Registration Fee: The RM10 registration fee is non-refundable. Once payment is processed, no refunds will be issued, regardless of whether you attend or complete the workshop.

2. Cancellations: In the event that CZ Marketing cancels the workshop, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to a future workshop.

3. No Show Policy: If you do not attend the workshop after registering, no refund will be provided.
